Having received her undergraduate degree in Humanities, Sarah loves to learn and express her findings on the world. Having a heritage of travelers in her family, she had developed a passion for cross-cultural immersion quickly. Her goal is to highlight forgotten corners of diasporic culture across the continent. Coming from Texas in the United States, she spends her time as a nomad traveling for several weeks to each location. She loves photography, conversations over coffee, reading philosophy, and matcha lattes.

katelyn Bertou
With her background in teaching, Katelyn is passionate about learning and sharing her findings with others. She loves experiencing new cultures through their cuisine and participating in their traditions. She is always open to new opportunities from cooking classes utilizing historical methods to using a loom to make fabric. Also from the United States, Katelyn is excited to spend weeks at a time traveling to unique locations. She loves cooking, hiking through the mountains, reading romcoms, and playing sudoku.
